First time trying #goulash in Hungary — in Budapest. 🇭🇺 It came with galuska, small Hungarian dumplings that reminded me a lot of tarana. The whole experience felt a bit commercial though almost like being at the McDonald’s of goulash. 😄 Still, I have to say that I personally prefer the versions you can find in Slavonia, Croatia, and Vojvodina, Serbia. They’re different, richer, and simply more to my taste. Now I just need to take some photos of those too and post them for comparison. 🙂
