Welcome to Tissler. Tissler is operated by Tommy Berndtsson, Sweden.
By creating an account or using Tissler, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tissler. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Tissler only with that permission.
Using Tissler
Tissler is a social platform for sharing food experiences, discovering places and connecting with other users.
You agree to use Tissler lawfully and respectfully.
You may not:
- Post illegal, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or otherwise harmful content.
- Harass, intimidate or impersonate another person.
- Violate another person’s privacy, copyright or other rights.
- Post spam or engage in unauthorised commercial activity.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of Tissler.
- Scrape, copy or access Tissler through unauthorised automated methods.
- Use Tissler to promote dangerous or unlawful activities.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you publish on Tissler.
By publishing content, you grant Tissler a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce, resize, format, translate and display that content as necessary to operate and provide Tissler.
This licence ends when your content or account is deleted, except where content must remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that:
- You have the right to publish it.
- It does not violate anyone else’s rights or privacy.
- You have appropriate permission to publish identifiable images of other people.
- It is not deliberately false, deceptive or harmful.
Posts may appear in public discovery features, including place pages and, for restaurant posts, on the map.
Food, Allergy and Restaurant Information
Content on Tissler is provided by users and external place-data services. Tissler does not independently verify restaurant information, menus, ingredients, prices, opening hours or dietary claims.
Information about allergies, intolerances or dietary suitability must not be relied upon as medical or safety advice. Always confirm ingredients and preparation methods directly with the restaurant or food provider.
Maps, Places and Translations
Map and venue information supplied through Mapbox, Foursquare or other providers may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.
Automated translations of captions and comments may contain mistakes or change the intended meaning. Refer to the original text when accuracy is important.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
You may not impersonate another person, transfer your account without permission or create accounts for unlawful purposes.
Reporting, Blocking and Content Moderation
You may report inappropriate content or users through Tissler’s reporting tools or by contacting info@tissler.com.
You may also block users from their profile menu or from a post. Manage blocked users in Settings.
Tissler may remove, restrict or reduce the visibility of content and may warn, suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or the safety of the community.
Where appropriate, we will consider the context and seriousness of the violation.
You may request a review of a moderation decision by contacting info@tissler.com.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account under:
Settings → Delete account
Account deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and removes the account and its associated personal information and content, subject to limited legal or security-related retention requirements.
Third-Party Services
Tissler relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, maps, place information, translation and email delivery. Their availability and operation may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability and Changes to Tissler
We aim to keep Tissler available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Features may be added, changed or removed. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.
Limitation of Liability
Tissler is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, Tissler is not responsible for losses caused by user-generated content, inaccurate restaurant or place information, automated translations, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tissler is not liable for indirect or consequential losses where such limitations are permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Tissler, applicable law or our operational requirements change.
Material changes will be communicated through Tissler or another reasonable method before they take effect. If you do not accept updated Terms, you should stop using Tissler and delete your account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
